Quick verdict
Both remove the send cap, which puts them in a small group, so the comparison comes down to breadth against price. GetResponse bundles webinars, courses, funnels and a website builder that Moosend does not attempt, and its automation is deeper once you are past the single-workflow Starter tier. Moosend costs a fraction as much at the same contact band and includes automation, landing pages and cart recovery on its only paid plan. If you would genuinely use the webinar and course tools, GetResponse is good value for a bundle. If you would not, you are paying several times over for email that Moosend sends just as well.

Automation
GetResponse is deeper on Marketer and above, with branching, scoring, abandoned cart and web-event triggers. Its Starter tier allows only one workflow, which makes it a poor comparison point. Moosend includes its full automation library with a good set of prebuilt recipes on its single paid plan, which is unusually generous for the price.
Ecommerce features
Both include cart recovery and store triggers, with the tier caveat again: GetResponse ecommerce tools require Marketer, while Moosend includes them on Pro. GetResponse adds product recommendations and web push. For a small store Moosend gives you most of the capability for much less; for a larger one GetResponse’s reporting is better.
Forms and landing pages
GetResponse goes considerably further, with conversion funnels, a five-site website builder on Creator and a much larger template library. Moosend includes landing pages and subscription forms on Pro with a simpler builder. Both cover basic opt-in needs; only GetResponse covers a full funnel.
Email send limits
Both are uncapped on paid plans, which is the main thing they have in common and a genuine advantage over most of the field. Neither will surprise you with an overage charge or a blocked campaign for sending too often, which makes both good picks for high-frequency senders.
Free plan limits
Neither offers one. Moosend provides a 30-day trial for up to 1,000 contacts; GetResponse a 14-day trial with a badge on every message and caps on webinar attendees and landing page visits. If a permanent free tier matters, look at MailerLite, Sender or EmailOctopus instead.
Integrations
GetResponse has the wider catalogue, particularly on ecommerce connectors reflecting its Marketer tier. Moosend covers WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, WordPress and Salesforce plus Zapier. Neither has a gap that would rule it out for a standard stack.
Deliverability
GetResponse has the longer track record and the larger sending estate, with shared and dedicated IP options and published deliverability documentation. Moosend runs shared pools with dedicated IPs as a paid add-on. We score GetResponse slightly higher on operating history. Neither figure is a measured inbox rate.
Support
Close. Both offer email and live chat on all paid plans, and both assign account managers at higher tiers. GetResponse supports eight languages and offers phone on Enterprise; Moosend offers phone contact on higher tiers too. Neither has a decisive advantage for a typical buyer.
Ease of use
Moosend is quicker to learn because there is far less of it, and its single-plan structure removes the question of what you are missing. GetResponse is the broadest product in this comparison and the modules do not share conventions, so navigating it takes real time.

How we compared these two
Prices come from each provider’s own published pricing page. The source URL and the date we checked it are shown against every figure in the calculator above; where a band has not yet been confirmed against the source it is labelled “needs review” rather than presented as confirmed.
The ranking in the calculator is by price alone. Our editorial scores, automation, ease of use, deliverability, support, do not reorder it. They inform the verdict and the use-case winners above, and each score has its reasoning written out on the provider’s own page.
We do not run our own inbox placement tests, so nothing in the deliverability section should be read as a measured inbox rate. It reflects published sending infrastructure, authentication and IP options, and documented provider policy.
