One of the best visual builders here. Tag-and-sequence modelling suits content businesses better than list-based tools, and the automation is available on the free plan in a limited form. Weaker on store-driven ecommerce triggers than Omnisend or Drip.

Ease of use

8.0/10

Coherent and well-designed once the tag-based mental model clicks. That model is the learning curve: people arriving from list-based tools take a while to stop thinking in lists.

Deliverability

8.0/10

Long-established sender with dedicated deliverability staff, SPF, DKIM and DMARC support, and a documented policy of removing cold and purchased lists. Plain-text-leaning templates historically correlate with good placement. Reflects infrastructure and policy, not a measured inbox rate.
